OSC Pre-Junior - Intro to Figure Skating Program

The Pre-Junior program is an introduction to figure skating.  These Athletes are invited by OSC Coaches from Canskate. Participants MUST have passed Stage 3 CanSkate. Skaters are taught in a group environment learning all the necessary figure skating components.  The Pre-Junior  program focuses on the basics to edge development, jump and spin techniques, dance and creative movement.  Skaters learn how to manage a training session with structured plans of the day.
