What's after PrePower?

Once a skater has completed a full season of PrePower and has reached the age of 6 years old, skaters can look to register for the PowerSkate JR program. Designed for skaters at the 2nd year Initiation (U7) to 1st year U11 hockey/ringette levels, this 45-minute full ice action-packed and high-energy power skating class focuses on skills, techniques and conditioning drills taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations.

Taught by specially trained NCCP Skate Canada coaches, with many years of experience including overseas training, this is an excellent supplementary program to refine and hone skating skills for life.

PowerSkate JR is offered three times per year (during our Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons) and runs as a morning class to complement hockey schedules.
