Members of the 2024/25 Okotoks Skating Club Season - You're Invited!

Location: The Ranch House (Calgary Polo Club) 24041 306 Ave W, Okotoks
Time: Doors open at 4:00 pm
**Please arrive before 4:30 pm for AGM check-in**
AGM, Dinner and Awards ceremony to follow.
Adult Tickets (Ages 18+) - $ 30
Youth Tickets (Ages 4 - 17) - $ 20
Kids Tickets (Ages 3 and under) - FREE
Tickets include a buffet dinner of beef on a bun, a variety of salads, dessert, and punch. [We’re working to accommodate dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free.]
Join us in celebrating the achievements of our athletes this season, among the company of family, friends and our amazing skating community.
Cash bar will be available for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

What is this event?
This annual event combines Okotoks Skating Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a celebratory Awards Banquet. It’s our chance to recognize the hard work and achievements of our skaters throughout the season. It’s also a great opportunity for skaters, families, and coaches to come together off the ice to enjoy dinner, connect, and celebrate the season. All members of the 2024/25 are invited to attend. Ticket purchase is required for all those attending.
